    1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and customer service.

    3. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    4. Monitor inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing shrinkage.
    5. Oversee merchandising and product displays to optimize visual appeal and promote product visibility
