Job Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative work location based in Sri Lanka The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support and satisfaction over the phone or through email, and maintaining excellent interpersonal skills with clients. The Representative is expected to have excellent computer literacy skills and should be able to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.Ideal candidate must have South Indian Language proficiencyAt least one or more south Indian language like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam is mandatory apart from Hindi and EnglishMust hold a Valid Indian PassportWilling to travel on jobQualifications

    • Excellent communication skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
    • Interpersonal Skills to communicate with clients and colleagues
    • Computer Literacy to input customer information efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls or emails
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
    • Experience using customer support software or CRM systems is beneficial
    • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
