Job Description

*ResponsibilitiesWe are recruiting for a Senior Analyst in the Capability Hubs team.Working as a Senior Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop graphic designs/creative jobs using MS Office tools & Adobe suite (secondary skillset)
  • Work closely with internal and international stakeholders to create impactful, creative and brand compliant design collaterals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, exposure to working with large global organizations and a self-starter attitude is a must.
  • Regular catchups with onshore contacts and offshore Create team to provide project updates
  • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail is a must.
Role
  • Produce consistent, in-brand documents and communications using MS Office tools to deliver a consistent communication as per KPMG / client templates and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Design across formats- print, presentations, infographics, etc. (Should have a demonstrated portfolio) Illustration skills will be an added advantage.
  • Must help Team Leads in developing projects from conception to delivery and ensure all projects are completed as per instructions from Team Leader / job brief
  • Be proactive in identifying and adding value to upcoming and existing projects
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Technical skills:
  • Well versed in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Visio) is of vital importance.
  • Having a workable knowledge of Adobe tools is required to work with Photography, Illustrations, etc.
  • Should know elements like color theory, typography and layout
Project and Team management exposure
  • Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects.
  • Problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Goal driven should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client
Behavioral / team skills
  • Excellent coordination and organizing skills
  • Drive and demonstrated success working independently in a virtual environment
  • Ability to handle foreign clients for end-to-end deliveries
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required
  • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail
Additional skills (preferred)
  • Additionally, knowledge in website programs like Zoomforth and Pixel Together or similar would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the design principles, document production and print / digital processes.
