    Roles & Responsibilities:Monitor Budget variations and take corrective actionDefine Practices & ProcessesCollate and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of marketStrategy on segments: Self Employed Professional and Non Professional, Employed, Rent Discounting Market, Non Residential Premises, Home Equity LoansAudit and monitor team sizeEnsures cross salesPoint of escalation for Sales support manager/TMAchieving targets of the teams assigned to him and of the membersResponsible for ensuring NPE targets are metResponsible for adhering to cost budgetsExpansion of territory, recruitment of team leaders and membersParticipate in the team meetingsMonitor the team managers DARMeet the team members once a month without the TM to understand any issuesEnsure roles of TL and Sales executive are performed as definedSort out infrastructure issuesSkill & Eligibility:The candidate must be a Graduate (in any stream).
