We help businesses build a strong digital presence through innovative, customized solutions and seamless project execution.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of website development and eCommerce projects. This is a project coordination and client management role, not a website development role.The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate website development and eCommerce projects from initiation to completion.Handle client communication, gather requirements, and provide regular project updates.Upload products, banners, and website content on platforms like Shopify and WordPress.Assign tasks to the development team and track project progress.Ensure timely project delivery and smooth project closure.Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational records.Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with teams for quick resolution.QualificationsExperience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Client Servicing (preferably in a digital agency).Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms for product and content management.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools.Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment.Bachelors degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
