Job Description

    Under grad fresher with good communication and typing speed can also apply.Candidate must be from the local region of ahmedabad.Responsibilities
    • Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
    • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Stay updated on product information and company policies.
    • Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
    • Contribute to improving chat support processes and customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • High level of empathy and patience.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
