Job Description

    • Purpose of the Role:
    • To Attend the complaints, Handling Panel AC/Chiller Breakdown Complaints, Customer plant Audit & FHC, Handling AMCs / After Sales Business thereby improving service visibility to the customers across designated regions. Customer Satisfaction.
    • Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Service Business Development
    • Handling Panel AC/Chillers Breakdown Calls
    • Response Time and Repair Time Adherence
    • PM Activity of Panel AC & Chiller
    • Plant Audit of Panel AC /Health check Up
    • Skilled in HVAC Product
    • Weekly updates to team leaders
    • Rectification of Panel AC & Chiller Problem,
    • Handling of Vendors & Third-Party manpower
    • Monitoring of AMC Sites & PM Activities
    • Service Business Development
    • Replacement Business
    • Customer Plant Audit
    • Internal Stakeholders: External Stakeholders:
    • Service Operation/Service Sales Customers / Service partners
    • Qualification:
    • Diploma in Mechanical with HVAC & Refrigeration Experience and Skilled in HVAC Field with minimum 10-15 Years Experience
    • Skills & Knowledge: Behavioral Competencies:
    • Experience in HVAC/ Electrical Panels/Enclosures
    • Skilled in HVAC, Panel AC & Chiller Breakdown troubleshooting & Resolution.
    • Enclosures/Panels Knowledge must necessary
    • Understand the Auto-Cad Drawing/Solution and rectification knowledge in Electrical Panels
    • Emails Communications & Good Convincing skills
    • Languages: Gujarati, Hindi & English is Must
    • Being sensitive to customers demands
    • Teamwork player
