Job Description

    As a Sales Development Manager with Firetec Business, your role will involve managing the sales of all company product lines and expanding the existing sales. You will be responsible for increasing the geographical presence of the products by managing major customers, identifying new customers, and appointing new agents and distributors. Your key responsibilities will include negotiating distributorship and agency agreements, maintaining good customer support and communication, and reporting important information and analysis to the Headquarters in Mumbai. Additionally, you will need to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market, support the marketing communication manager, define price strategies, acquire new customers, and own the profit and loss responsibilities. As an Ambassador of the Group, you will represent the business positively both internally and externally, and you should be willing to travel regularly. You will also be required to develop partners, meet consultants, and organize seminars.Key Responsibilities:- Sales development of all company product lines- Managing existing sales and expanding it- Increasing geographical presence of products- Identifying and gaining new customers- Appointing new agents and distributors- Negotiating distributorship and agency agreements- Maintaining good customer support and communication- Reporting important information and analysis to Headquarters- Identifying and reporting SWOT analysis- Supporting marketing communication manager- Defining price strategy- Acquiring new customers- Owning profit and loss responsibilities- Representing the business positively internally & externally- Developing partners, meeting consultants, and organizing seminarsQualifications Required:- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience selling fire suppression systems- Strong technical knowledge of fire suppression products and systems- Experience or existing network in the Southern Territory- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language- Ready to join immediatelyRotarex is a global leader in high-performance valves, systems, and technologies for fire suppression, with over 100 years of engineering excellence.
