Role Overview:As a Supply Chain Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction through effective supply chain management and value-added services. Your responsibilities will include interacting with vendors, understanding Supplier Accounting and Inventory accounting models in the electronics industry, and preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews to drive sales demand creation and enhance customer service. You will also lead regular QBRs with major customers, promote value-added supply chain programs, and maintain outstanding customer service by adhering to Service Level Agreements.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer and supplier satisfaction by managing supply chain and value-added services effectively- Interact with vendors to facilitate smooth operations- Understand Supplier Accounting and Inventory accounting models in the electronics industry- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to drive sales demand creation and improve customer service- Lead regular QBRs with major customers to identify additional opportunities- Promote and sell value-added supply chain and full life cycle programs- Proficiency in Microsoft AX, SalesForce, SAP, and Oracle- Provide outstanding customer service to suppliers and corporate departments by meeting Service Level Agreements- Maintain communication with supplier contacts and asset personnel to ensure up-to-date information- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry peers- Collaborate with external parties to enhance capabilities and effectiveness- Communicate complex AP related processes and status to external and internal suppliers effectivelyQualification Required:- Previous experience in supply chain management or related field- Strong understanding of Supplier Accounting and Inventory accounting models in the electronics industry- Proficiency in Microsoft AX, SalesForce, SAP, and Oracle- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prepare and present comprehensive business reviews- Strong customer service orientation- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders(Note: Preferred Skills in Finance & Accounts are mentioned as a part of the job description but no additional details about the company were present in the provided JD.)
