Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager or Manager in HR Operations, your role will involve leading and managing various HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR systems, reporting, and team leadership. Your expertise in HR Operations with exposure to US Mortgage Recruitment processes, employee documentation, HR analytics, process improvements, and stakeholder management will be crucial. Your main responsibilities will include:- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.- Ensuring accurate employee documentation and maintaining employee records.- Overseeing attendance, leave management, HRIS administration, and payroll coordination.- Driving HR policy implementation and process governance.- Collaborating with recruitment teams to streamline hiring processes and support workforce planning.- Ensuring adherence to statutory and labor compliance requirements.- Managing HR audits and documentation readiness and supporting POSH, disciplinary processes, and employee grievance handling.- Preparing HR MIS reports and leadership dashboards, analyzing key HR metrics, and generating actionable insights for management decision-making.- Driving HR process improvements, identifying automation opportunities, and enhancing employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.- Leading and mentoring HR Operations team members, driving performance management, and ensuring operational excellence.Qualifications and skills required for this role include:Mandatory Requirements:- 712 years of overall HR experience.- Strong experience in HR Operations.- Exposure to US Mortgage Recruitment environment preferred.- Experience in handling HRMS/HRIS platforms.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Reporting).- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiencies.Preferred Qualifications:- MBA / Masters Degree in Human Resources.- Experience working in a fast-paced service or mortgage industry environment.- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
