As a Senior .NET Developer, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for architecting backend systems with high reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance. Collaboration with product owners, account support teams, and stakeholders is crucial to define and prioritize solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end features and ensuring clean, maintainable, and optimized code following industry best practices are key responsibilities. You will also be performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently, and participating in system design discussions to explain technical architecture and data flow clearly.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications and APIs- Architect backend systems with high reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance- Collaborate with product owners, account support teams, and stakeholders to define and prioritize solutions- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end features- Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following industry best practices- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently- Participate in system design discussions and explain technical architecture and data flow clearly- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices- Identify ambiguities in requirements/specifications and proactively resolve them- Ensure high-quality deliverables within timelinesQualifications Required:- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C# (.NET), MVC Framework- Experience with .NET Core, Web API, RESTful APIs, WCF, Web Services, Worker Services- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Principles & Design Patterns- Hands-on experience with Multithreading and backend system development- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server including Complex Queries, Stored Procedures, SQL Profiling, Performance troubleshooting- Hands-on experience with XUnit / Unit Testing, CI/CD pipelines, Source Control tools like Git / Bitbucket / SVN, Agile tools like JIRA & Confluence- Strong debugging, analytical, troubleshooting, and logical problem-solving skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Onsite Offshore)- Ability to perform Code Reviews and follow best coding practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Willingness to work in overlap hours with US clients (3 hours overlap)Additional Details:This job requires a strong backend engineering experience with enterprise-grade applications, ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong ownership mindset, collaborative team player, attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities, and experience in handling complex systems and integrations.
