Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at the company, your role will involve engineering, automating, and orchestrating system provisioning and maintenance processes using modern cloud tools and technologies. You will design and build technical solutions on Cloud platforms while planning, designing, and developing cloud-based solutions to meet the needs of new initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:- Building scalable, distributed, and high-performance computing cloud-based platform solutions on AWS, Google, Azure, or other cloud platforms.- Collaborating with solutions architects to ensure that cloud environments are managed in accordance with NTT DATAs security guidelines.- Deploying and debugging Cloud initiatives as needed, following best practices throughout the development lifecycle.- Performing system administration tasks such as configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on automation wherever possible.- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and servers in public cloud environments, including handling operating system and software application installation, patching, and upgrades.- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and providing necessary training.- Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by monitoring systems and through the ticketing system, ensuring that all issues are fully documented with actions taken and steps for resolution.- Performing any other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by leadership.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or other cloud platforms.- Proficiency in system administration tasks such as configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support.- Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them so that I can include them in the final job description.
