Job Description

    As a part of the Communications & Corporate Affairs team at Hitachi Energy Service, your role will involve providing secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions to customers globally. You will be the first point of contact and gateway to more advanced services, offering first-line support to customers and the global HE networks. Your responsibilities will include:- Responding to incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism.- Logging tickets in the Sales force tool.- Providing L1 support whenever applicable.- Supporting customers during run time activities and offering online troubleshooting support and resolution.Qualifications required for this role include:- Basic knowledge in electrical engineering, with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field preferred.- Prior experience in a customer support role (3-4 years).- Willingness to work in shifts and ensure 24/7 availability.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with customers politely and effectively through telephone, live chat, and email.- Language skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory, knowledge of any other international language will be a plus.If you are a qualified individual with a disability and require accommodation during the job application process, you can request reasonable accommodations by completing a form on the Hitachi Energy career site.
