Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Earning Curve, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism while ensuring accurate information on services, policies, and procedures is delivered. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining compliance, quality standards, and providing administrative support by updating CRM/EHR systems with precision and assisting in patient outreach and internal coordination.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.- Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.- Update CRM/EHR systems with precision.- Support patient outreach and internal coordination.Qualifications Required:- 12 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).- Familiarity with CRM, EHR systems & MS Office.- Any Degree in education.If you have experience in medical scheduling or patient coordination, it would be considered a bonus.
