Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for learning the intricacies of eMaint and Fluke Connect software products and providing customer support to customers, partners, and internal team members through telephone, web meetings, and chat technologies. This role offers a ground floor opportunity to join a growing team that supports advancement within the company to other departments such as Account Management, Professional Services, Sales, or Support. Your main task will be to provide support for eMaint and Fluke Connect software applications to end users in a Microsoft and Web-based environment.Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming eMaint and Fluke Connect software support phone calls, emails, and chats.- Analyze and troubleshoot eMaint products using your analytical talents and strong troubleshooting abilities.- Collaborate with your team to provide exceptional support to customers across a wide range of issues.- Multi-task during calls to research technical issues while effectively communicating with the customer.- Demonstrate willingness to assist others with technical issues and understand the support process from the customers perspective.- Actively participate in the software product testing process to ensure the quality of new software versions.Qualifications Required:- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.- Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly, both in writing and verbally.- Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.- Customer service experience would be advantageous.- Database knowledge is considered a plus.
