Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Customer Support Executive at HCL Tech, you will serve as a customer service executive, resolving customer queries in line with client and business guidelines. You should have experience in handling inbound calls from US customers and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a professional telephone etiquette. Your helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach towards customer service will be crucial in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Answer all inbound queries following the call flow procedure- Adhere to processes to ensure high quality and customer service- Follow escalation procedures for issues beyond the agents control- Aim for first call resolution- Maintain schedule adherence- Participate in motivational activities and implement feedback received during monitoring sessions- Update various logs such as escalation log, complaint tracker, etc.- Ensure data security, especially regarding customers proprietary dataQualification Required:- Any Grad/UG can apply (excluding regular students and law graduates)- Freshers with experience in US/UK inbound calling, preferably in the banking domainNote: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, and MCA candidates are not eligible for this position.Contact Person:Urmika Shah MehtaPlease note that the job description provided above is for the position of Customer Support Executive at HCL Tech.
