As a Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst specializing in Angular and frontend technologies, your role involves being a recognized technical authority in advanced Angular development, frontend architecture, and UI/UX best practices. Your expertise contributes significantly to frontend deliverables, impacting the overall performance and effectiveness of user experience and client-side application delivery. You are required to possess basic commercial awareness and developed communication skills to guide and influence others.**Key Responsibilities:**- Execute and drive results on large-scale frontend efforts, serving as a development lead for medium and large projects with a focus on Angular-based single-page applications and responsive user interfaces.- Translate client core business functions into robust, user-friendly, and scalable Angular frontend solutions.- Support end-user consultation to identify UI/UX specifications and functional requirements, incorporating them into frontend system design and component development.- Provide guidance on architecturally significant frontend efforts, ensuring adherence to Angular principles, best practices, and UI/UX standards.- Mentor SDEs and their teams on advanced Angular development techniques, frontend architecture patterns, and responsive design.- Conduct design reviews and code reviews for Next Gen Architecture (NGA) projects, ensuring adherence to frontend coding standards, performance, and accessibility.**Qualifications Required:**- 6-10 years of relevant experience in frontend Apps Development with a focus on Angular or senior-level experience in Enterprise Architecture with expertise in frontend architecture and the Angular ecosystem.- Proficiency in frontend technology, Angular concepts, data structures, client-side networking, and deployment on cloud platforms.- Knowledge of automating Angular code quality, performance testing, unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline for frontend applications.- Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.In this role, you will be accountable for driving frontend strategies, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring the delivery of user-facing results.
