Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential customers, answering product-related queries, understanding customer requirements, updating customer information, processing orders accurately, sourcing customer data, addressing grievances effectively, and maintaining records using CRM tools.Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential or existing customers to educate them about our products- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the company- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and close sales- Enter and maintain customer details in the database- Process orders with precision- Source prospect customer data from both online and offline channels- Handle grievances promptly to uphold the companys reputation- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and other pertinent information on CRM toolsQualifications Required:- Proven experience in a similar Inside Sales Executive or customer service role- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets- Proficiency in relevant software programs (experience in the health sector is preferred) and telephone systems- Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and effectively communicate product details to prospects- Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is advantageous- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers- Ability to remain composed and handle rejection professionally- Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage complaints efficientlyJoin us in our mission to drive company growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our business through effective sales strategies.
