Job Description

    Role Overview:As an International Voice Process at Movate (formerly known as CSS Corp), you will be responsible for reviewing recent orders for accuracy and completeness, processing current orders on a web-based system, clarifying customer inquiries, maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy, placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system, monitoring order statuses, ensuring customer requirements are met on a timely basis, and maintaining accurate records of activities in internal systems.Key Responsibilities:- Review recent orders for accuracy and completeness- Process current orders on a web-based system- Clarify customer inquiries- Maintain service levels and high levels of accuracy- Place orders with partners on a web-based order processing system- Monitor order statuses and take appropriate actions- Ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis- Maintain accurate records of activities in internal systemsQualification Required:- Any DegreeAdditional Details:Movate (formerly known as CSS Corp) is a global customer experience and technology consulting services provider that offers premium service offerings and differentiated value propositions to solve clients critical business problems proactively.
