**Role Overview:**As a Lead Software Engineer at FCATs Green Meadows Project, you will be a vital part of the application development team. The project focuses on delivering an intuitive trading experience in the financial services domain. Your role involves designing, building, and deploying features that enhance user and business benefits. Working with a team of full stack developers, DevOps engineers, and other Software Engineers, you will be responsible for building software solutions using Micro Services Architecture (MSA) on the cloud. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless trading experience for customers by interacting with various downstream systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- Designing and developing efficient code across multiple programming languages- Acting as a catalyst for improving other young engineers in the organization- Developing backend applications with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security- Building cloud-native applications and proficient in cloud-based application development- Understanding the entire software development process from analysis to deployment- Designing and developing RESTful web services and event-based systems- Working with messaging middleware such as Apache Kafka- Implementing container-based deployments using Docker and Kubernetes- Contributing to developing high-quality software solutions within an Agile environment- Implementing Agile SCRUM practices effectively- Focusing on software engineering excellence through continuous integration and deployment- Contributing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for solution building**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in computer science or any other discipline- 5 years of IT experience- Experience in front-end development, particularly with Angular (Good to have)- Proficiency in developing software for brokerage platforms (Good to have)- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, and distributed caching systems such as Redis (Good to have)- Demonstrated expertise in functional and technical aspects of the domain- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies within strict deadlines- Stay updated on the latest IT blueprints, frameworks, and technologies(Note: The company overview section has been omitted as per the instructions provided) **Role Overview:**As a Lead Software Engineer at FCATs Green Meadows Project, you will be a vital part of the application development team.
