Role Overview:At PwC, as a member of the Scaled Engineering Services team, your primary focus will be on delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions to help clients achieve operational excellence and business agility. You will utilize your technical expertise and service-oriented mindset to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade IT systems and applications. In engineering management roles, your responsibility will be to design and implement technology solutions that meet clients business needs. By analyzing requirements and developing technical designs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of technical solutions and delivery, including planning, estimation, execution, and deployment of complex IT initiatives- Collaborate with project and engineering leads to drive shared accountability for technical quality, delivery timelines, and overall solution outcomes- Mentor and guide developers and engineers, sharing solution insights and promoting best practices across the team- Use code and design reviews to elevate team capabilities and encourage continuous technical growth- Proactively address technical challenges, lead difficult conversations with clarity and professionalism, and escalate issues when necessaryQualifications Required:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering- 12 years of experience in building modern applications using technologies like Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, with fullstack capabilities- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, cloud-native solutions, and DevOps principles- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering reliable, scalable solutions- Ability to work in agile environments, engage with technical architects, and contribute practical implementation insights- Excellent communication, team mentoring, and problem-solving skillsAdditional Company Details:When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support various services from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.
