Job Description

    As the Mid Corporate Area Sales Manager, your role involves driving sales and revenue growth by managing relationships with mid-sized corporate clients, acquiring new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong understanding of corporate sales, market trends, and strategic planning will be essential to expand the companys footprint in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new mid-sized corporate clients to expand the business portfolio.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.- Drive sales through a consultative approach, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.Client Relationship Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns.- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client queries to enhance customer satisfaction.Team & Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with internal teams such as product, operations, and finance to deliver optimal client solutions.- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in corporate sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.- Solid leadership and team management abilities.- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 5-8 years of experience in mid-corporate sales, B2B sales, or a related field.- Experience in industry-specific expertise, e.g., banking, financial services, FMCG, technology, etc.Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health and wellness benefits.- Skilled growth and development opportunities.- Travel allowances and other perks as per company policy.
