Senior Analyst - Financial Accounting Services

Job Description

As a Finance Analyst with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for a variety of core accounting and financial analysis tasks, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in finance processes and systems. Your key responsibilities will include:- Performing core accounting activities such as general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets handling, and reconciliations- Acting as an SME for finance and accounting processes within the organization- Supporting and leading ERP implementation and enhancement projects, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment- Analyzing financial data, generating reports, and providing insights to facilitate business decision-making- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations- Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements- Engaging with IT, business teams, and vendors during finance system implementations- Supporting finance product-related initiatives and system integrationsAdditionally, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and practices- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations- Proven expertise as an SME in finance processes- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics- Understanding of finance products and financial operations- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and leadership- Experience translating business requirements into system or process solutions- Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects- Exposure to automation, RPA, or finance digital transformation initiatives- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance)- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field- Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is considered an advantageThis role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in finance and accounting while contributing to the organizations financial success and growth.
