As a Software Development Team Lead at our company, your role will involve leading the development of Noise Cancellation software for embedded and PC-based platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing ML/DL algorithms, optimization, and implementation using Python, C/C, and DSP frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include guiding the conversion of simulation scripts into executable software, defining requirements for driver development, collaborating with hardware and firmware teams, establishing testing methodologies, providing technical mentorship, and reporting project progress to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of real-time Noise Cancellation software.- Oversee ML/DL algorithms, optimization, and implementation using Python, C/C, and DSP frameworks.- Guide the conversion of simulation scripts into executable software.- Define and manage requirements for driver development and integration with NC software.- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for high-performance NC solutions.- Establish testing methodologies for prototype evaluation.- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices adherence.- Report project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.Required Skills:- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with a focus on audio and ML/DL.- Proficiency in Python, C/C, MATLAB (or similar) for prototyping and implementation.- Experience in driver development, system integration, and real-time performance optimization.- Knowledge of audio software frameworks like ALSA, WASAPI, PortAudio.- Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.In addition to the above, you should have:- 4 years of software development experience with 2 years in a team leadership role.- Hands-on experience in real-time DSP/audio applications and low-latency system design.- Track record in delivering production-ready software with driver-level integration.- Prior experience in real-time audio signal processing and cross-functional collaboration.- Success in mentoring teams and managing full SDLC.Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.- Specialized coursework, certification, or research in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or Audio domain is preferred.
