Job Description

    1.University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce2.3 to 4 years working experience in FA activities with minimum 2 years in BPO industry.Expertise in MS office & InternetKnowledge of Accounts Receivable processes Teamworking, Adaptability, Time managementWorking knowledge of Channel Commission Ability to read, write and communicate in EnglishGood analytical and Problem-solving skillsDesirableUser Knowledge of ERP/ Key Financial ApplicationsUser Knowledge of Telecom Industry3.Act as SME for the Commissions process and analyze various reports for the assigned activities and ensure regular reporting4.Support the team to coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items5.Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills6.Identify the process improvement opportunities and support their implementation7.Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation8.Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion and perseverance. 1.Perform day to day Channel Commissions reconciliations activities with required speed and accuracy (channel partner queries, vendor setups/maintenance, commissions exception resolution, commissions payments reconciliation, commissions payment)2.Adherence to SLA and SOP/process compliance.3.Act as SME for the Commissions process and analyze various reports for the assigned activities and ensure regular reporting4.Support the team to coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items5.Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills6.Identify the process improvement opportunities and support their implementation7.Ability to pay close attention to detail and high degree of customer orientation8.Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with compassion and perseverance.
