    • Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 0.6 to 6 years in an International Banking Voice Process only
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Willingness to work in US shifts
    • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
