    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (primarily US clients)
    • Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
    • Deliver high-quality support for products and services
    • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
    • Meet performance benchmarks including call quality, resolution efficiency, and CSAT metrics
    • Maintain professionalism and customer-centric communication at all times
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: 1 to 6 years in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Comfortable working in US shifts and rotational schedules
    • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills
    Education
    • Any Graduate / 102 / 103
