Job Description

    Responsibilities of AR Caller :
    • Conduct thorough follow-up on outstanding claims through various channels (phone, email, eFax, and online portals) to ensure timely resolution.
    • Analyze claim denials, identify trends, and initiate appeals to recover denied or underpaid claims.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to address/direct billing, coding, and claim submission issues.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions, actions taken, and account status.
    • Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
    • Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality metrics as established by the management.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle team.
    Core Competencies & Qualifications:
    • College degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in insurance collections, with a strong emphasis on claim follow-up and recovery.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of payer regulations and billing processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve claim issues.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with payers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
