    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US market)
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products, software, or services

    • Accurately document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the system
    • Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
    • Coordinate with internal technical teams when issues require escalation
    Job Requirements:
    • Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in International Technical Support / BPO / Customer Service
    • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
    • Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
    • Typing skills and familiarity with computer systems, applications, and tools
