Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Manager, B2C Product Marketing - Brand at Capital One, you will be part of the Brand Digital Strategy team responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote digital payments tools to existing customers. You will collaborate with product teams to create effective product positioning and messaging strategies, as well as work with various internal and external partners to launch multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and usage of digital payment solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Become an expert on Capital Ones digital payment solutions and understand the target audience, user journeys, and marketing channels to inform marketing strategies.- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to specific audiences.- Create go-to-market strategies to promote digital payments and spend management tools.- Identify opportunities for innovative marketing assets and content, managing the process from ideation to production.- Collaborate with channel marketing teams to execute campaigns across various channels such as email, in-product, site, SEO, and social media.- Develop learning agendas and test plans to optimize campaigns and creative assets continually.- Analyze performance data, research insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimizations.- Communicate learnings and successes effectively through presentations.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or military experience- At least 4 years of experience in a product marketing role- At least 4 years of experience in planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programsAdditional Company Details:Capital One offers a competitive salary range for the Manager, Brand Advertising position in Richmond, VA, with annual salaries ranging from $138,100 to $157,700. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
