As part of the Product Operations team in Bangalore, you will play a key role in improving the healthcare industry by enhancing athenahealths product organization. Your responsibilities will include accelerating the delivery and impact of product features, planning and executing product feature proof-of-concepts and tests, driving cross-scrum team R&D operations, and organizing product tests for new products and enhancements.**Job Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree required- Previous experience in healthcare and product management fields required- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 12 years in client communications, product management, or user research (preferred)- Experience with client communications in a B2B setting (preferred)- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with customers**Job Responsibilities:**- Accelerate delivery and impact of product features and roadmap alignment- Plan, execute, and measure product feature proof-of-concepts and tests- Drive productive cross-scrum team R&D operations and dependency management- Organize and plan product tests to ensure adoptability and scalability of new products and enhancementsYou should possess a strong understanding of healthcare markets, such as revenue cycle, electronic health records, population health, and patient engagement, along with foundational knowledge of product management and agile scrum.
