Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator Manager with 23 years of experience in sales or sales support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling team coordination, driving conversions, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to closure.Your primary responsibilities will include achieving individual and team sales targets within specified timelines, developing and implementing strategies to boost sales conversions and revenue, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating regular sales reports. You will also be tasked with identifying and nurturing potential leads throughout the sales funnel, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and optimizing the sales cycle for faster turnaround and better results.
