Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for providing Workday HCM consulting services at our Bhopal office. Your primary focus will be on Workday Recruiting, including implementation support rollout projects. Additionally, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of business processes and experience in project methodologies such as SDLC or Agile. As a key member of the team, you may also be required to lead or mentor others and ensure the effective utilization of Workday Recruiting Application.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience to support implementation rollout projects- Lead at least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with Workday- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes and a good knowledge of SDLC or Agile project methodologies- Provide guidance on Workday Recruiting Application, including Job requisitions, Job Application, Business Processes, and Security- Possess knowledge of Workday HCM, including Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security, and Business ProcessesQualifications Required:- 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience in implementation support rollout projects- Experience as a team lead or mentor- Good understanding of Workday Recruiting Application, including Job requisitions, Job Application, Business Processes, and Security- Knowledge of Workday HCM, including Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security, and Business ProcessesAbout the Company:BISP is a boutique company specializing in Oracle EPM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and NetSuite solutions.
