In the role of E-commerce Customer Care Advisor, you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers.So, whats the role all about

Handling customer contacts via e-mail, phone, and chat:
- Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction.
- Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner.
- Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
Achieve key metrics, targets, and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers.

You are a good fit for the role if you:

Have fluent level of German language.
Have good level of English language.
Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications.
Have excellent customer care skills.
Have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
