  • Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services
  • May have to offer upsell opportunities when applicable
  • Work within the dedicated territory for clients
  • Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviours and accelerating the customers time to value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely mannerThis is a WFH position with a standard working time Monday - Friday - 9:00 till 18:00.
Your Profile:
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales environment preferred
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
  • Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success
