Junior Architect

Job Description

As a Junior Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. You will collaborate with senior architects and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs that meet client specifications and comply with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing architectural concepts and designs.- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models (2D and 3D) using CAD and BIM software.- Contribute to creating presentation materials for client meetings.- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.- Work closely with the project team and contractors.- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and environmental impact.- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.- Address design or construction challenges that arise on-site.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.- Up to 2 years of experience in architectural design.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction materials.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential to have strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
