Job Description

As a Product Lead in Commercial Lines Underwriting at Liberty Mutual, you will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting of various commercial line products such as Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous, and Liability. Your role will require a good understanding of Commercial Line Underwriting, logical thinking ability, sound analytical and solution-oriented mindset, excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and MIS Analysis.Your key responsibilities will include:- Underwriting of Commercial Line products, ensuring 100% compliance with all underwriting approvals and guidelines.- Preparation of quotations and referrals as per authority, along with portfolio management and market benchmarking.- Conducting trainings on Commercial products and underwriting processes for internal business teams and external members.- Maintaining regular communication with the distribution team and intermediaries to grow the business mix.- Contributing to achieving top-line and LR targets set by the management through regular reviews with stakeholders.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining business data tracks, preparing MIS reports, and providing data for analysis as required.Qualifications:- Masters DegreeAbout Liberty Mutual:At Liberty Mutual, our purpose is to help people embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
