Role Overview:Join our team at Excelohunt Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as an AI-Accelerated Full Stack Developer and be part of a new product startup within the company. This is an opportunity to grow, take real ownership, build full products, solve challenging problems, learn modern AI tools, and contribute to a meaningful project.Key Responsibilities:- Build applications using AI tools such as Cursor and v0 to convert ideas into real applications, speed up coding, fix bugs, and generate components.- Engage in full-stack development using technologies like Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui for frontend, and Supabase for backend, including API and third-party tool integrations.- Provide general engineering support by creating HTML email templates, internal tools, dashboards, frontend apps, automations, scripts, utilities, and improving existing tools.- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, deliver features on time with high quality, and proactively solve problems.- Stay updated with AI tools, learn new frameworks, understand domain logic, and apply logic to workflows.Qualifications Required:- Technical skills in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase (or any SQL DB), Tailwind, and shadcn/UI.- Clear understanding of components, APIs, state management, and basic architecture.- Willingness to learn workflows, logic systems, approval systems, and multi-step process flows.- Comfort with AI tools like Cursor, v0.dev, GPT, Claude, Copilot, and ability to work with AI as a co-developer.- Soft skills including strong communication, high ownership, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently, hunger for improvement, ability to handle startup pressure, honesty, transparency, and accountability.- Mindset requirements such as a proactive problem-solving approach, taking responsibility, and a willingness to learn.Additional Details:- This role offers the chance to be a founding engineer in a new internal product startup, rapid learning, real responsibility, end-to-end product development opportunities, training on advanced AI workflows, mentorship from the founder, fast career progression, and a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.- Experience in personal projects, internships, or portfolios is valued more than a degree, and exposure to AI-driven development is a bonus.Join us and be part of something big at Excelohunt Infotech Pvt.
