Job Description

    In this role, your responsibilities will include:- Early engagement with Key accounts/End Users/OEMs and effective coverage of OEMs and End Users in Bangalore/Vizag region.- Responsible for tracking Booking Targets for all end-user projects in advance and positioning & upselling our Valve portfolio products.- Managing and collaborating with other field sales team members on opportunities to Meet/Exceed Budget/Targets.- Extensive traveling within the Bangalore/Vizag region, planning travel to various end-user industrial customers clusters, presenting to customers, preparing the customer matrix, identifying the decision-makers of upcoming projects, and collaborating with them for business.- Creating primary demand for Emersons Isolation Valve Portfolio Products.- Developing and building relationships with key customer decision-making teams to influence and gain market share of Emersons Isolation Valves Portfolio Products.- Protecting and expanding the installed base with customers.- Regular meetings with key customers top-level engagement team, presenting them about product superiority/creating differentiation, and developing new customers/markets.- Team Collaboration: internal/external customers communication, open-mindedness, and conflict resolution when working with other team members on a joint objective.- Ensuring to follow all Emerson Values and Ethics standards.You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You observe situational and group dynamics and select the best-fit approach.For this role, you will need:- Tech Savvy with Good Presentation Skills.- Agile and Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach and good communication skills.- This role demands frequent traveling to customers in industrial clusters in the region.- Strong Customer Focus with Sales Experience and adequate technical knowledge of Valve technology field mechanical products.- Enthusiastic, proactive, persuasive in dealing with internal and external mid/high-level partners.- Great Teammate and collaborates well.- 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:- Degree or equivalent in Engineering in Instrumentation/Mechanical.
