Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Data Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience, your main objective will be to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and provide insights to support decision-making. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and improving data processes for clients using your skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Automate. By simplifying workflows, building automated reports, and ensuring data accuracy across different platforms, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data management and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and workbooks to organize and analyze data.- Design and implement automated reporting processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.- Create dashboards, pivot tables, and charts in Excel to visualize data and provide actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data inputs and outputs by establishing robust validation checks and data validation processes.- Utilize Power Automate to automate routine processes, such as data collection, report generation, data synchronization across different systems, and more.- Collaborate with clients to understand their data management and automation needs and provide tailored solutions.- Provide training to team members or clients on Excel best practices, Power Automate functionality, and efficient data management techniques.- Document all automation processes and workflows for future reference and knowledge transfer.- Lead or support data-driven projects, ensuring timelines are met, and project objectives are achieved.Qualification Required:- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.) and Power Automate to design and implement automation workflows.- Strong understanding of data management principles, reporting, and process optimization.- Familiarity with integrating Excel and Power Automate with other software (e.g., SPs, Power Apps).- Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Desired Skills:- Knowledge of other automation tools like Power BI, Power Apps, or SQL is a plus.- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms.- Prior experience working in client-facing roles is preferred.Please note that the companys additional details were not mentioned in the provided job description.
