Job Description

    As a Field Sales Executive, your main role is to focus on customers in order to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and applying the companys value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. It is crucial for you to develop strategic relationships and align customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners, and the company.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interface to the companys resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage their business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers- Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement- Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage partner marketing programs to achieve growth in customers solutions capability- Engage customers in joint planning that integrates the companys services, programs, and supplier partnerships to secure customer commitment for the development of comprehensive investment strategies- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of business plan- Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, perform analysis, and identify improvement opportunities- Support supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customers to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion- Prioritize customers and opportunities with the greatest potential for success- Manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profitIn addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts. It is important to stay updated on emerging market trends and interdependencies impacting customers to expand relationships with your customers. Your work may involve high complexity in terms of territory/account, products/services, sales or account management process. You will be required to apply your developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products/services/accounts in a complex sales environment.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelors degree or equivalent- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtainedPlease note that the above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
