Associate Content Ingestion Analyst- Data Acquisition

You are invited to join our team as an (Associate) Content Ingestion Analyst in Chennai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to content acquisition, transformation, and ingestion for Clarivate products.**Role Overview:**As a Content Ingestion Analyst, you will be responsible for the acquisition and ingestion of data using various processes such as web-harvest, FTP delivery, email, hardcopy, etc. Your main tasks will include reviewing data for accuracy, validating against the source, resolving errors, liaising with content sources, updating internal tracking systems, and monitoring data sources.**Key Responsibilities:**- Facilitate the acquisition and ingestion of data from provided resources- Review data transfer for accuracy and perform necessary corrections- Resolve errors and report irregularities as required- Liaise with content sources to ensure complete delivery and resolve issues- Update and maintain internal tracking systems- Monitor provided list of sources**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree with proficiency in Microsoft Office products- Freshers or individuals with 6 months - 1 year experience in content ingestion or customer-focused roles- Experience or interest in troubleshooting technical issues related to the ingestion process**Additional Details:**The data acquisition and ingestion team plays a vital role in acquiring, preparing, and delivering content for various publication media. This team ensures the delivery of high-quality data and actively participates in error correction. You will work with a team of content experts to acquire and transform new source content for downstream curation.If you have previous experience in handling data acquisition and ingestion, it would be an added advantage.Join us for a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM IST, including a one-hour break.
