Job Description

    As an IT Infrastructure Specialist at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all systems, applications, software, and hardware comply with Corporate policy and procedures. You will be involved in identifying issues and contributing to the development of solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and documenting design, build, and standard operating procedures. Your tasks will include developing detailed project plans, tracking project progress, and working with various teams to understand infrastructure needs during planning, design, development, and testing processes. You will assist in implementing changes to the organizations infrastructure technology to enhance reliability, resiliency, and efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for basic production support tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in computer science or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience.
