Job Description

As an Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I at BNY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations to comply with Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS). Your responsibilities will include:- Providing operational support for the preparation, review, and validation of tax documents, as well as maintenance of tax records and reports for internal and/or external clients.- Performing first-level and second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.- Supporting the coordination and preparation of tax-related regulatory filings by gathering required data elements and providing status updates on progress of data collection.- Updating tax forms and information return layouts in accordance with department policies.To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:- Candidates with at least 4 years of experience.- At least a graduate, preferably postgraduate, with good analytical and excel skills.- Good communication skills are a must.The role will require you to review and process tax documents, assist with data gathering and reporting, and any documentation experience, including KYC experience, would be preferred.
