As a Banking Operations Specialist at Accenture, your role involves overseeing various responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. You will be responsible for team leadership, resolving reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and managing budgets. Your critical role will involve driving growth and profitability in the mortgage lending business while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. By enhancing user experience through efficient delivery of high-quality services, you will exceed customer expectations.**Key Responsibilities:**- Ensure adherence to month-end and year-end schedule of deliverables.- Assess soundness of month-end deliverables and provide recommendations.- Build effective long-term operational relationships with internal and external clients.- Resolve complex issues impacting business operations.- Provide advisory to Leadership, Client Account Leads, and Client Financial Management.- Recommend and implement necessary internal control measures in response to changing business environment.- Support both internal and external clients proactively.- Preferred background in Credit Assessment.**Qualifications Required:**- Any Graduation.- 9 to 12 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations.- Experience in Residential Mortgage process.- Ability to make independent decisions and lead a team effectively.- Strong client interaction experience.Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security.
