Job Description

    As a BI & Analytics Expert specializing in Databricks, your role will involve designing and delivering analytics solutions. You will be responsible for building dashboards, optimizing Lakehouse data models for reporting purposes, and enabling self-service analytics for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Databricks SQL and SQL Warehouses for handling analytics workloads effectively.- Design and develop Databricks Dashboards (Lakeview) to provide native visualization solutions.- Work with Power BI or Tableau integrated with Databricks Partner Connect for enhanced analytics capabilities.- Implement AI/BI Genie for natural language analytics and dashboard creation.- Design Delta Lake Gold layer for efficient analytics consumption.- Ensure Unity Catalog row/column-level security for governed analytics.- Optimize SQL queries through techniques such as caching, Photon, and warehouse sizing.- Set up alerts and scheduled query executions for operational reporting purposes.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the BI/analytics field with at least 1 year focused on Databricks SQL.- Proven track record of delivering 2 or more enterprise dashboards or self-service analytics implementations.- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and gather requirements effectively.Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.
