    As a Business Analyst specializing in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be working with the Data Product team to support their requirements by utilizing your strong data interpretation and transformation skills. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating closely with the data product team to comprehend requirements effectively.- Demonstrating expertise in commercial lending, which would be advantageous.- Providing support for large customer migration programs, which involves analysis, creating end-to-end roadmaps, and coordinating migration events.- Utilizing your Customer Journey Mapping experience to enhance processes.Moreover, you should have hands-on experience working with large datasets and data transformation, as well as exposure to commercial lending processes. Your experience in customer migration programs will be valuable for this role.
