Job Description

    As an Order Processing Executive, your role will involve:- Interacting with clients and sales team to address order-related queries.- Coordinating with the Finance department for billing and sharing information with clients.- Relaying manual orders into the UI system.- Processing orders accurately and efficiently.- Handling invoice requests and resolving related queries.- Seeking approvals for follow-on orders.- Managing customer queries and FAQs effectively.- Utilizing order management tools and online e-commerce platforms.- Coordinating with both internal and external clients.- Proficiency in MS Office applications.Qualifications required for this role include:- Strong communication skills for client and sales interaction.- Attention to detail in order processing.- Ability to handle customer queries and FAQs.- Familiarity with order management tools and online e-commerce platforms.- Proficiency in MS Office applications.This role offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule includes full-time or part-time options with 9 hours per week, day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, morning shifts, and rotational shifts.
