As a Business Operations Analyst 2 at HP Inc., you will have the opportunity to work in the Supply Chain Operations division. Your primary responsibility will be to own logistics procurement and order management related operational processes from an SAP S4 standpoint. This involves ensuring smooth transaction flow between various systems, addressing any fallouts between different SAP and partner systems, performing analysis, offering insights on failures, and taking corrective actions. Additionally, you will be involved in non-SAP activities such as pricing analysis and management, inventory analysis, reporting, and analytics related to Services Supply Chain. Your role will also include managing day-to-day tactical and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a broad range of Logistics Procurement and Order management processes in SAP S4 and non-SAP environment- Coordinate with outsourced partners and internal teams for smooth execution of operations- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with excellent SAP skills, primarily in Idocs and supply chain business processes- Reengineer business processes and automate them using technologies like SAP S4 scripting, Power Automate, PowerQuery, UI Path, and other tools- Produce reports using various IT systems/tools (PowerBI), analyze data to develop trends, articulate findings to management, and perform what-if simulations- Manage and execute price file processes, perform analysis, offer business insights, and review performance metrics regularly- Research and analyze priority projects, communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global teams and IT- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff membersQualifications Required:- First-level university degree (Engineering preferred)- Minimum 12-14 years of experience in the supply chain function- Experience in multiple supply chain functions with a primary focus on Logistics (Procurement, Order Management, Sales)- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in various SAP S4 modules related to Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, procurement, and Sales order management- Solid understanding of SAP and ability to monitor day-to-day operations, support Logistics Procurement, and Order management processes- Knowledge of EDIs, various B2B platforms for partner communication with HP systems- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teamsAdditional Company Details:HP Inc. is a leading technology company with a rich history spanning over 8 decades.
