Job Description

    As a Business Systems Analyst 2 at our company in India, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological solutions. Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. Developing and maintaining documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. Conducting system testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs. Assisting in project management activities, including timeline development and resource allocation. Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis. Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.
